Hi, I’m Myles, a passionate running coach driven to help runners move better and perform at their best. I’ve been where you are—burnt out, struggling with poor technique, and unsure how to progress. After transforming my own running under the guidance of Shane Benzie, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others achieve their running goals. Together we will delve into the science of running, learning how to use our fascial system to improve your running economy. You will learn how to transform your running into a fluid movement pattern and improve your running dynamics to increase speed and performance, no matter the distance.
